See the article below.  No amount of lipstick will make a pig look good, so whatever way you slice it, most people are smarter than we are when it comes to investing their own money.  That's why it traded zero shares.

Having said that, eventually always comes.  And we are up from 4 cents to $1.40.  Do we celebrate or complain we should be at $3.00+.  I say no celebrations until we are at $3 in a month - because I do not want Nord shares.  And, I just bought another 50,000 shares of HRG in the past two trading days.  It took my three trading days to get filled, so I know others are trying to buy at $1.40 too.
