Thanks for that one. Interesting to see the PNG legal argument and their spin. A couple of years ago we were looking for a major JV partner. With what is going on now ... good luck. Maybe the Chinese will take the gamble. Arbitration may lead to nothing really being resolved here even with the Australian judge. I wonder what happens if one of the two NUS or PNG do not agree with Arbitrators decision? Court action? Where? In the PNG court system? Again, I think drilling season is in November through February? Best bet is to drill and drill to prove up as big of a high grade resource as possible. This will help to force it closer to production IMO.
