RE: RE: RE: RE: Benton Shareholders Screwed Again

horsey i have been a long time shareholder of benton and i have supported the boys and talked the stock up to many people i have bought and sold time to time taking profits .But in my opinon the management is geting a bit selfish by issuing opions at such rediculos low prices .i would of rather had them give themselves a cash bonous and buy the shares on the open market .this is my opinion .the directors of the company have a legal obligation to do what is in the best interest of all shareholders not just themselves .I dont think opions in BEX or BTC where justified at this time and especially not at rock bottom prices .

BTC is made up of Coro shares amd one other piece of property and 750,000 of cash .the boys will be taking a salary or billing this comapny for anything they do for it .so the company being less than 5 weeks old didnt warrent them receiving options THIS IS MY OPTION .AND I WOULD OF NOT COMMENTED ON OPTIONS AGAIN BUT THEY ISSUED MORE 1ST BEX AND NOW IN THE PRESS RELEASE BTC ROUGHLY 2 MILLION IN EACH CASE

i feel the actions of management good and bad is something people should discuss .one way i measure a stock is by its management .

and yes this board is getting a little off track and a little bit to personall and for that iam sorry but as far as managements actions they are free game for all to comment on and we should all comment on good and bad its are rights as shareholders
