Right now having money in BXI is a gamble, there is no way to know if a JV will happen and that it will be significant. If you are like me and have lost a lot of money, I will wait it out. The thought of selling and the stock rebounding would be too much to handle. I'm prepared for it to go to zero, but I believe also that there is a good chance that the stock could go to a dollar or more within a year.
