Ya, the loan being BS is my biggest concern, taking way longer than it should.

I did also notice a number of ridiculous terms and compensation to the ex-chairman while going through the MD&A. At least he is gone now and hopefully doesn't have any pull.

If they do complete equity financing I believe it will cause the shareprice to rise though. Obviously in the long run EPS/shareprice will be lower compared to if they were able to receive the loan without dilution.

I was scanning through the press releases and one in 2010 says engagement letter of $60M for the snow lake mine. Any info on this? what happened here? Was it BS or they never went through at the time due to the price of gold or something?
