Waiting game... Everything will be revealed probably after Q4 results for milestone maybe a tidbit or two even before this.. Right now it is waiting for when or whom will be the joint venture as WPX says they have a few people they are thinking of not just India.. up to including what US elections  and what FEDS will do market is cautious about it.JMHO
