The Borealis Property is 27.5 square miles located in the Walker Lane gold belt of western Nevada. The Company's land position covers approximately 17,600 acres for the Borealis property and over 60 Nevada exploration properties, which cover approximately 70 square miles in the state's gold trends. The Borealis property has approximately 1.4 million ounces of measured and indicated gold resources, and approximately 1.1 million ounces of inferred gold resources have been accredited to the one square mile Central Borealis zone. Its Borealis property has over five other prospective zones that are being explored, which have the potential to host significant gold resources. The Company continued drilling on the Borealis property in the Graben resource, and in the central and western pediment areas.

Thanks Belgie. I also think the amendement was a good idea but I would like to see a plan as management's credibility has certainly been under fire. Not for what they have done but for the lack of a plan and communication.I was against it, not because it was not needed, but because of the approach taken.

We looked at Mineral Ridge years ago and it is not a Borealis-not even close.

You are probably right about the deep pockets which is why I just buy as there is no other logical alternative. When the "break" comes everyone will be looking for a "steal" so you need a low cost base. GGN needs a strategic partner for development and not more financial partners but only a few have any knowledge of the value of the property. It is just not on the radar.

At least, so far, we have not been misled on GGN. Waterton is probably counting on an eventual default by GGN but that will not happen. People are watching this from Beijing to Sydney but there is not much incentive to move right now. Anyone makes a move, including Waterton , it will open up.
