RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: NORD: no shares traded since t Thanks MM. We share the same initials. For all, I've increased my stake another 50K and it approaches 1.5M shares. I have not yet decided to take that beyond 2M before the BOD passes our terrible offer for approval because I would like to see we retain a strong core group approaching 15%+ first. If this news appears before the BOD, I will pull the trigger. If they somehow gain
Nord wishes to have a 25% dividend, and I do not believe they'll get away with this considering they are borrowing OUR MONEY to pay for their own mine issues and dividends. So I expect a higher offer or a massive dividend. This to me means we'll be headed to court over the obvious "minority tossed under the bus" laws. I am all for that.
After 4+ years, this is finally coming to a new chapter. It will either open with "And they all lived happily ever after", or "And, they all shouted, get me the Batphone"
I have my money on #1, but my brain tells me it will be #2 based on the BS we've all put up with.
Regardless of #1 or #2, #2 just means it takes longer to get over $3, and for that return, I can wait years, because their opression will be back dated to today's value, and not what a massive drop in gold would do to the shares later in life. So, if you are considering getting in now or later, now works, before their "offer" (if we can call it that) of an offer gets jammed down your throat.
Remember this one main issue. We are worth hwat a PEER multiple and PEER valuation is. Not 50% or 60% or what Nord is trading at. We are a Canadian Firm, not a Russian, so throw out that peer value. We are NOT Nord Gold. We are High River Gold.
And, if we had honest shareholder/managers running the ship, we would already be over $4 per share.
We have been lied to, mislead and a purposely thrown into the toilet, and now they pass us a rope which is 10 feet two short to actually climb out of our hole. No thank you. Another rope is coming. We are knitting it ourselves and we can throw it up ourselves. Would be nice if the OSC would catch it, but they've shown little desire to drop one down. Anyhow, you cannot say this is not interesting.
