Sangdong NPV is about 400 million (https://www.woulfemining.com/i/pdf/news/2012-04-23_NR.pdf) without the drilling results which will obviously follow in the coming years. You would have sold 51% of Sangdong for 100mil?

The discount at which we're selling our tungsten can't possibily justify that. If the estimates on the mine life are correct, we will be selling tungsten for a long time and we have plenty. We should all want to keep control of the mine as long as it is economically viable; in this case : a long time.

Furthermore, the previous deal 'gave away' 51% of Muguk for 1.8 million (https://www.woulfemining.com/i/pdf/news/20101123.pdf)

I'd rather wait and get a deal which keeps controlling interest of Sangdong in the hands of Woulfe, sell tungsten for a very long time and also sell moly to POSCO. I'm long....I want dividends for a few decades.
