That is what I am wondering as well, increase in time? If no increase in time, it seems to me that they are doing some additional things to appease the buyer before the final sale ( I hope). I guess if there was an additional time frame, it would be clearer in the release. The only other possibility is that Lumina is moving into the production business and not just the exploration, the original loan stated a time frame but that included a few options in the terms that could include simply paying it back and moving forward.
