Freemax, not a mistake holding SCG.

Everyone is freaked about the PP price, however money is needed for expansion.

Look for an NR regarding the acquisition of Conquest shortly, we were quoted September 2012.

Look for phase 2 of the Toronto card roll out the fourth quarter, being Oct. 1 to Dec. 31.

Look for phase 3 roll out early 2013.

Look for Mac's/iSign deal to go full out shortly.

Look for several other deals in the works.

Positive cash flow/earnings expected 2013.
