I wasn't trying to say supplies are tight now, (obviously they're not, or they would still have the tax on shipments out of the province) , that is understood.
The point of my post is that for some time LLEN had stated that coal supplies had been tighter in Guizhou Province than elsewhere- and this small aitricle confirms/corroborates what LLEN had been saying.
I don't trust 95% of Chinese companies for good reason, and anytime I find reasons (like this) that back up what a company had been saying previously, I feel more confident about it as an investment.
