Last I talked with IR, there is no need to finance until after PFS is complete, plenty of cash on hand until then. They will need more funding to complete the full feasability study, but they have several options to complete that and it may or may not include equity financing. They could spin off or JV the Spar property, secure more oil and gas rights for Sundance and be paid in cash and shares by them, they could sell all or part of their stake in Sundance, or they might have a partner by the time they need more funding.

As for a pop leading up to any possible equity financing? Who knows. A pop leading up to a possible partner, with an exposion after confirmation of a partner -- now that would be nice.
