iSIGN is currently in negotiations with Moneris Services Corporation, a division of Moneris Solutions, to take over the maintenance of the Couche-Tard stores in Quebec once the Company has completed its current blitz of the Quebec market. Moneris Solutions currently handles the maintenance for Couche-Tard's point-of-sale equipment. The Company expects that by transferring the maintenance requirement for the Quebec region, our field technicians will be able to concentrate entirely on the Ontario and Western Canada regions.
