I don't think there is an immediate takeover threat but they are looking down the road for sure because this market is just not giving junior O&G companies a lot of credit.  TOL doesn't need to raise cash for a while yet and they have a small float so if SP's get back into the 3's maybe we'll see a small SO of 4-5 million shares but for now, they are drilling like crazy and making money.
