Couldn't agree more Birdie.

lack of insider buying does not concern me.  Once an owner/insider has several million shares - why park more personal money into it (assuming they even have the excess cash and no other uses for it) . A smart CEO would also know to diversify their wealth, would they not?

I have held this one for more than a few years - and I am somewhat frustrated at the lack of progress (on buyers or partners).  However I sleep well at night , as I am also hard-pressed to find more compelling value (albeit untapped value) and a lower downside risk. I also mix in a lot of momo stocks with more entertainment value (watching FOS is like watching paint dry)

What we need is an appetite/willingness on the part of one of the big developers (e.g. Agrium) to acquire new properties for development down the road.  Spending millions on studies, testing and or acquisitions and JV's has fallen somewhat out of favour of late, but will return just as surely as the earth turns.  Pipelines have to be filled eventually. Fertilizer giants have lots of pipeline projects I am sure - but perhaps not many in the Phosphate arena if the presentation is accurate.

PS you don't happen to be a Birdie from the Ottawa area do you? If so, did you ever participate on a Raging Bull forum in the past?
