Perhaps you should point out where anyone on this board has ever suggested every resource development effort should be stopped.

 

That is, as far as I'm concerned, a complete fabrication. It is fossil fuel industry that are under attack and rightly so.  They certainly are not the be all end all of all resource sector employment.
