Did you know, that a Chinese consortium from Baotou owned it once, before it was set for auction again, and Stans did bid for it. The Chinese, as R. M. told in Frankfurt, didn't take care of the mine, they didn't seem to have interest in developing the mine. It looked more like having it in order to eliminate competition. Because of this obvious inactivity, the Kyrgese Government (Ministry of Geology) asked the license back. With this experience with the mine before Stans took over ownership (license) it is clear to me, that the Ministry of Geology (and the Government) are somewhat fuzzy about slow activities. This also tells me, that there is a clear interest in getting the mine online again.
