Great post . I also agree with your assumptions. If the NIKO seismac results of  a few years ago are as promising  as what they say & we get fair value for a sale without any screw ups by FM then I believe you are correct in saying the selling price should be much higher than the current market value. Also QD should be a much more appealing  play to any potential buyer  now rather than  yr. ago as oil WAS found. NIKO just didn't have the proper equipment to drill further. One must not forget that VST still owns 37% of the property.

It's been very frustrating to say the least for us longs but we still have a chance to make a buck here particularily if you have averaged down as I have done. It's still definitely a roll of the dice though. GLTA
