RE: Stockhousefan65

disidents along with aqn have had the feeling that on or around the dimise of Timminco post 34.00 and falling to  nil that all investors would bail on green tech

Surely wise money would avoid the carnage as the domino theory of there is never one cockroach would cause the entire industry to be painted with the same brush

Eric Sprott did not come and save TIM he let it crash and burn, nor did offers come for this solar stock

WND is not a solar stock, it is a utility company that sells power into the grid. We must remember the fundementals of this and that the state of California demands electrical companies to have a portion of supply to the grid deemed green

Wnd to my mind is worth 3.50 to 4.00 a share other wise all the in fighting would be only a personal  battle of spoiled brats

I have no idea what the fair value is for wnd but if brookfield bought a 16 percent stake at 2.25 with an agreement that if sold for more they would bonus the seller of those shares

Brookfield did not ask the seller for a rebate if the sale was for less than 2.25
