As with most NRs it is badly worded (or well worded if obfuscation is the aim). It could mean Headway is still in the pipeline but this is the first time in 3 years they haven't mentioned Headway as an active project. Given the proximity of the option expiry an obvious conclusion is that, like Jim, Headway is gone.

I'm not surprised about Jim but given the amount of shareholder money they have wasted on Headway, dropping it now is a clear signal that it is worthless (to them at least).
