Gryphon Gold Corporation is a mine development company. The Company's principal asset is Borealis property. The Borealis Property is 27.5 square miles located in the Walker Lane gold belt of western Nevada. The Company's land position covers approximately 17,600 acres for the Borealis property and over 60 Nevada exploration properties, which cover approximately 70 square miles in the state's gold trends. The Borealis property has approximately 1.4 million ounces of measured and indicated gold resources, and approximately 1.1 million ounces of inferred gold resources have been accredited to the one square mile Central Borealis zone. Its Borealis property has over five other prospective zones that are being explored, which have the potential to host significant gold resources. The Company continued drilling on the Borealis property in the Graben resource, and in the central and western pediment areas.

Still looking but have not found anything as close in value. Just basic value without all the trading metrics "BS". Basic value will sustain over the longer term. Short term we are being hammered by managements communication strategy and general market conditions. Maybe their strategic plan sucks as well; but we will not know for a long time as they will not communicate, just do the statutory filings.

Fine strategy until you try to raise equity or really upset the shareholders. A class action suite on intentionally impairing shareholder value by intentional lack of communication only takes one shareholder to get upset and it is not a company issue it is a directors issue. Why did we not see a press release on Ammendement # 4 -this was material.

Communications,communications , etc. What is their problem ? No published plan- how can you run a company without a plan that the shareholders have not endorsed. It appears they are running the company with no plan. Great , we will just wing it.

It all has nothing to do with the value of the asset and fortunately this cannot be undone and management can be dealt with. One million share options and what every else in a compensation package will disinigrate very quickly once this facts are compiled unless things change very soon. Their disregard for all of these basic principals was also exhibited by lack of explanation of why the last CFO got such a compensation package on termination- AFTER A FEW MONTHS OF SERVICE.
