Well I have not seen this prediction, but it sounds about right

 

RIM usually shipped about 12M phones Quarterly plus they will have to replenish

the shelf space with the Carriers... 

 

The shipment, if no delay, will be in the first Calander Quarter of 2013, 

but will fall in RIM's fiscal Q4 Quarter ( between Dec to the 2nd March 2013)

 

Remember the shipment is what constitutes the Sales for reporting, so

if they do ship 21M phones to the carriers, that will be the Sales
