I wonder if the market is aware that COS is now getting about 50% more for the oil produced ( according to Bloomberg US$111/bo today versus approx $75/bo in June)  than they were at the end of June 2012?  Additionally the production volumes have jumped up big June at 190,000 bopd up to 359,000 bopd in August.  The share price has come up but  only a little over 20%.  So what gives.  Does the market not know?  Does the market think that either the oil prices or the production volumes are going to collapse?

At some point, and perhaps that is after the Q3 call, if  oil prices stay relatively high as do the expected production volumes this stock should start moving north significantly.  Perhaps more time needs to be with the sell side equity analysts, thoughts?
