How can IMC wait out WOF a lot longer? IMC has already began building this second new tool making factory in South Korea. All of the tools require a steady long term supply of tungsten. How can IMC double their growth the way they plan to without this secure long term supply of tungsten? Do they plan on letting this fancy new factory sit vacant for several months? If IMC trys to screw us over on this deal then the WOF CEO can sell the Sangdong mine tungsten to someone else. Plus WOF has not even begun building the mine yet. They could close up shop and sell the assets to someone else and probably get a lot more then what IMC is offering. IMC has a lot more to lose on this deal then WOF does.
