Investors here who are negative have lost a lot of their hard earned cash based on what Bioexx publicly stated including the brokers like Canaccord who do not seem to be buying the latest hopes
For example, the June 2009 NR stated full protein production by Dec of that year if the warrant holders would only exercise ftheir rights so the company could begin production - wrong
In July 2009 Minot was announced to begin construction next summer 2010 - wrong
In Feb 2010 BXI it would be days and weeks not months for full 24/7 protein production - wrong
In Oct 2010 BXI promised the market continuous ssolvent extraction protein production and SALES by Jan 2011-wrong
In Feb 2011 they had a foaming issue that would be resolved. By May and then full protein production of Protein called IsoLexx but then in Maty 2011 they had only OnE ton produced and it was Advantexx inferior product - wrong again
IN July 2011 they had a deal to supply Hormel with solvent extraction product yet they stopped using HFCS solvent as it did not work- wrong and misleading
In June 2011 the sp was dropped from $ 1.80 to $ 1.00 in one week to facilitate a 20 million PP for Canaccord while th eshareholders got. Hosed - wrong ethics and misleading
In Aug 2011 the new CEO CS stated their would be protein production by Sept yet in Oct they had just started but not mentioned that the solvent did not work and that they were using water which was told in Nov 14 2011 - wrong and misleading
In Nov 2011 CSS said their would be asymptotic production of water extraction protein and sales by Feb 2012 - wrong again
In Feb 2012 CS did disclose the further write downs over the 10 million of Nov 2011 and these write downs were reported in. The late May 2012 financials as having been assessed in Jan 2012
CS promised the GEA report which was late and he promised possible JV by Q 3 then by Q4
It seems to be that any negativity would have been self induced by the history of actions and promotions and marketing by both the previous and current BioExx management which have failed to deliver shareholder value all th ewhile drawing huge salaries over inflated salaries for producing No PROFI.
Yes it would be great if CS asked the posters to identify themselves ann no court order is necessary I will gladly go to his basement office and ask him to clarify the above actions by BXI and I will explain why I believed in the company and lost a huge amount of cash as did Gadfly and many many others and why he still gets $ 5,000 cash weekly cheques from our money with no product. No sales and no JV yet
