Finally the other side of the discussion appeared based on some tangible calculations. As you said there are a number of assumptions that everyone can have different beliefes about. However, the most interesting part of these calculation is, as you also mention, that there is a considerable upside. Hence, even if dilution becomes greater than you assume, the $0.64 share price may make sense on a fundamental valuation level.
This is in stark contrast to those who strongly believe that Mira, due to lack of financing, will be stolen by someone with large pockets. The intersting aspect here (assuming that your fundamental based calculations are reasonable) is that there may be more than one "thief" out there that calculates present values. Which brings us to auction theory: what will happen if two investors want to steal the company and both believe that the company is wort e.g. $0.64 per share ?
it would be interesting and useful if someone in the "Mira is dead" camp can provide some comments on this.
