RE: Cerro Prieto's PEA Problem is, this was done like 2 yrs ago. A lot of cost inflation has occured. Other problem is mgmnt seems to be just sitting on their hands - you guys need to add value, ah, like maybe finishing the $5 M financing and get things going. I mean, they have been planning on bringing Cerro to production since 2008/2009 - and here we are, still spinning our wheels. The big Moriarty bounce we had the other day appears to have fizzled for the time being. Nobody wants to dilute, but come on, by the time they actually get around to building this mine the costs probably will have doubled!!! NPV stated are probably 3/4 of what they were now IMO. Do you really think this mine is still ~$22 M to build??? No bloody likely IMO. Could have had this thing underway by now and benefitting from re-rating as near-term producer. Could have raised some $$ for drills on Xochipala, so it could have been something other than just a "probability" b/c it's near Goldcorp and Newstrikes great properties. SP could have been higher and then do subsequent financing at higher prices so as to lessen dilution! But, no, here we are, still waiting, still speculating. Obviously frustrated!!
