Management must have wanted out

Management must have wanted out

Now that I have had a little time to digest the buy out deal, I am convinced that Management wanted out. This is not a good deal for VRO shareholders. Despite sugar-coating the prospects of the New TORC not a single mention of what  they bring to the table in terms of BOE/d. Also, Its not a cash offer where you know you will get 3.00 for your shares on Dec. 21 and there will be a large equity dilution when 167 mil becomes the new o/s share count. Will there be a learning curve with a  new production team taking over on the Vero side? I was expecting that Vero could repeat history and over time get the stock price back to 5+. Needed that to recover loss on some of the shares I have been holding since that time. Not going to happen. I did manage to liquidate 1/3 of my position today at a profit so all is not lost .... except hope and the very low chance someone will come in and trump this TORC offer.
