RE: Rationalization luckypig re: 'i think this stock has little downside room' - umm, it has downside all the way to $0.00, shorts aren't being forced to cover. Regarding the long run - if I think as a coal customer, why in the world would I want to do a deal now with CMK for coal when TCK would be happy to do a deal with me given they have excess supply available and TCK is a know quantity in the business for years and years and meets their delivery and quality targets for me, why would I switch to small time player like CMK? This one is a dog and I have learned that the best indicator of a company's success is the way management and board behaves at the annual meeting. There was one gentleman who at the last AGM said he was hoping for something from the meeting to cause him to buy more of the stock but there wasn't any reason to from the meeting - I should have acting on my doubts from that meeting as well and sold at $0.80 (yes even losing money then would have been peanuts compared to selling here at $0.22 - but $0.22 is better than $0.00 in a bankruptcy situation.
