QE3 = Obama win.  Alternative energy programs will therefore get more support (solar, wind, geothermal, cellulosic). If viewed against the backdrop of the Third Industrial Revolution, new reactor builds will fade and the market will discount htis.  Net-net UUU, CCO and the sector in general will continue to languish at best. JMHO

I'll probably enter into SHORT positions when UUU hits upper Bollinger bands for a given week and cover ath the lower Bollinger bands for a given week.   glta.
