How much value is here?

How much value is here?

Hey guys. I was wondering if anyone can explain to me why they think this stock is so undervaluved. I have my own metrics on how I have come to this conclusion , but interested to see if i'm missing something here. Also, I was wondering what you all thought a fair price would be for SKO if it was to be taken out by a bigger company? Maybe even the Chinese..........lol. Who are potential buyers and what price would they pay?
