Analogy: PEC like a boat

Lately PEC is looking like a hole in the ground to throw money into.  Could someone please advise when they expect to reach TD or current status of the well?  The price has retreated over the last few days.   Hmmm... we have to wonder what George Soros knew that prompted him to take a huge loss on Porto.
