Saying Lori used SLI as a "personal piggy bank" could get you into legal trouble - you have no proof of this. If you look at the financial statements, for the nine months ended, 3.8 million was spent on exploration out of 6.5 million in operating outflows (not including changes in working capital). Now, whether that is too low of a percentage expended on exploration is contigent on many things, and you are well within your right to comment on management, consulting, administrative expenses, etc. But be VERY VERY careful of accusing someone of using a publicly traded company as a piggy bank. You are within your right to criticize a CEO - that is fair game if you feel communication is poor, strategy is poor, etc. But watch accusations.
