         SLACKER:  The shorts have lost their defense of the $7.00 level.   

                               It is clear to them now that the best they can ever hope 

                               to do is to cover down here. NOT COVERING means they 

                               will lose what gains they have. MORE AND MORE they will 

                               understand this and this will cause them to panic. They 

                               WILL NOT RISK further short sales down here.
