RE: What's the end game of negative sentiment "If you're that down on a company and its prospects, why bother following blogs let alone posting?-Ken1234
-By that logic why follow blogs if one is up on a company? Why follow blogs at all for that matter? You make no sense.
No ulterior motive.
I was into this but sold [happily] after we got lied to about the loan and got massive dilution instead. I can't think of a company that has ever sent a clearer signal that it was time to cease being a shareholder.
I think bankruptcy is a very real possibility. Or perhaps if there is a buyer, a fire sale that will see the shareholders receive pennies per share. Better that than bankruptcy tho.
The world economy is at a critical stage. If the price of iron ore tanks, which is a very real possibility, this will be in big trouble. It is over-diluted and in debt up to it's eye teeth. IMO it won't take much to reach the tipping point.
QE helps to drive commodities up but if the world economy collapses and demand disappears it counters that by driving the price down. I just think this company is very, very sensitive to price. Once Nau eats throught it's cash on hand if the price of iron ore drops, then what? More dilution? A $.05 stock?
Serioiusly. IMO there is little to no upside on this and so much potential downside. I can't see how that isn't obvious.
I sincerly hope that doesn't happen but I suspect it wil.
Best of luck.
