RE: Mr. Gordon Glenn - new board member

I am filing a complaint with the Canadian exchange and regulatory services about the below market PP and subsequent share dilution that allows even more options to be given away.

Discounted PP's are completely legal and common.  Selling shares to raise cash is the business model for exploration companies. The market for speculative companies has crashed, but the companies need money.  The people buying the PPs know that they are in the driver's seat so they demand discounts and sweeteners such as warrants.  The alternative is to fold up their tent in which case ther shareholders will lose everyting.

The regulator will quickly realize that this person is another clueless individual who thought that they were going to make a million investing in penny stocks and instead lost money.  Instead of chalking this up to experience, and learning something from their mistake, this clown is looking for someone to blame.  This is a great example of how somebody becomes a serial loser - by failing to learn from experience.
