Cove

Cove

For a max of $48mm the Cove project appears to be one of the steals of the year. Maybe 2mm ozs hidden in the Helen zones. If that is the case, the cost per oz is close to $24 for a high yield close to production property. I am disappointed about the Saddle, but on the other side, the royalty of 1.5% on Emigrant will bring in mucho dineros to the Premier Royalty. Supposedly $80k to start at $1700/oz works out to $2mm per year. Capitalize that at 10 equates to $20mm for starters. Once the Rahill results come out, the $10 bill we were looking for will hit the board.
