What's possible are 3 Chromite Ore mines, two owned by CLF (Black Thor & Black Label) & one owned by KWG & Xstrata (Big Daddy) all being expedited into production

To facilitate the above, CLF would sell its KWG/DDI shares & also its Big Daddy shares to Xstrata who would then become KWG's DDI's partner.

The ROF NS RR would be financed & fast-track built by the CN Railroad & all EAs would be expedited.

Background: Per CLF May 25, 2010, they "planned to develop its wholly owned Black Thor deposit, which was larger and wider than the Big Daddy project, as well as its Black Label chromite deposit first".

"However, obtaining control of Big Daddy would enable Cliffs to develop the most appropriate integrated long-term mine plan for moving this new mining district forward," said Boor.
