To me both of you appear to be on the same page regarding the majority of issues/questions/speculations that have arisen. The main difference would be your differing views as to the ability of prefs and common shareholders to affect the eventual outcome of court hearing.
Phonenix, I have to admire your passion and belief that something can still be done by the prefs and commons and would not discourage you from continuing to do whatever you can to motivate it to happen. However (and perhaps it's my age) I would tend to agree with Blue Collar, while we can continue to hope that somehow someone will step up, it is more likely that the prefs and commons will only benefit if those opposing the recap want more cash (on whatever timing that may be) thereby leaving more of the equity fo the prefs and commons as a by-product of their actions.
