At least the PP is not priced at 0.15 or lower while the stock price is hovering around 0.25.  BTW, I've seen companies do such PPs and the stock price never droped to the strike price.  I believe that's what will happen with this one, we need to look at why the PP was done, I think it will please the market, IMHO.  Let's see what the market says tomorrow.
