standstill expiry

standstill expiry

I have received correspondance from Nick Muir and Iain McKendrick.

production wise they have confirmed they believe they will be able to access all the oil from Athena, but it will take a longer period of time.  Given that brent oil prices will only get higher I dont see this as a major issue.  They indicated production numbers and an Athena update will be coming out early October, I am guessing they want to give the blocked well a few more weeks to maybe surprise to the upside.  I also asked about the date that standstills will or have expired.  The response was those agreements are confidential and so the dates can not be disclosed.  Still, I think I would have been told if there were no active standstills, which I wasnt, so I am assuming there still may be some standstill agreements that have not yet expired but will do so before the end of the month.
