Francesco. If it is being managed to prepare for a take over then I consider this the ultimate in manipulation. We all know that the share price should be much higher and if it's being held back so that the premium on a takeover doesn't escalate and some major gets it for cheap, then we as retail investors get screwwwwed. And this can't be happening with management being oblivious to what is going on...they are part of it. This play will never realize it's true valuation and the retail investor get's the shaft.....again. I made my point to their management and maybe others should. This is starting to look like a corporate scam. scam.
