The offtake agreement Stone is talking about seems to indicate that, on a basis of probabilities, it's the most plausible and realistic option CMK has, given that the global environment is improving, something that was not possible 7 or 8 months ago since they have been trying that route with no luck. And by not mentioning other options, at this point, ,Stone must be optimistic about  an offtake agreement as the best of all evils if nothing else.
