RE: Imagine, a year and a half ago........ I used to be a subscriber to KBFO a few years back, in July 2009 his first ATAC recommendation was a "good absolute speculative value buy" @ .63. He became an ATAC fan earlier than most, still not as early as Touareg though;-) So one can imagine the exuberance of a hitting a 12 bagger in a little over a year, even the market got carried away with a valuation that got too far and quickly ahead of itself at that time. A year and a half later, the continuation of nice intercepts, grades, and progress towards the validity of the big story concept is so far proving that the $8 sp valuation was a little ahead of it's time.
I no longer subscribe to any investment letters, that's not to say they all haven't had some winners, but even a broken clock is right twice a day and that's more than I can say for the majority of their recommendations. I wouldn't be here if I listened to Brent Cook's advice "not to buy" ATAC at $1.64 in March 2010 - he thought the valuation was too high!? While at the same time he rated Blue Sky Uranium a "top pick" @ .66 with the opinion it could be a 2-3 bagger, even though he aknowledged it for being iffy as a very low grade deposit!? I bailed before it dropped 200%. Anyway his next advice on ATAC to his readers was a "watch" @ $6.38 in Sept 2011. Being in early always wins over being too late. I'm not singling out Brent Cook here, just putting him in the same category as the rest, which I think is a useful introduction and insight to plays, but not to be taken as good as gold without doing one's own thorough dd. The current sp could prove to be a great entry point for those that missed the first boat - always nice to get a second chance;-)
