Wouldn't Surprise me

Wouldn't Surprise me

about a month ago I brought up PTQ, either here, on SANDSTORM's Board and messaged a few friends. I had never heard of them, just happened to spot them while reading

anyhow....days later a unofficial/hostile? Buyout was made for 40 something cents, it was 35-38 cents, and quickly ran up to over 60 cents.

I've been wondering why SilverCrest hasn't made a good sized run-up. Now, I just checked and in the past months over 8 Million shares have been Accumulated by Funds * Insti's, yet w/o moving the stock.

I noticed Sprott owns a large/largest position in both. We all know the Targets range from $3.75, $5.00, $6.50....???...so, if a Bid comes in to Buyout SilverCrest for, lets say $3.60, probably a lot would sell if it went over $4.00...I'm using what's happened to PTQ as a model...something is up, got the same feeling of PTQ, plus the share price and past months action makes no sense..so it makes you wonder.
