RE: Baghdad approved the export deal today

"A committee comprising Hawrami, the Iraqi oil minister and the speaker of the Baghdad parliament has been set up expressly to agree the oil and gas draft law for submission to parliament. He expects the oil and gas legislation to be enacted early next year or possibly by the end of this year."

There has been so much written about this O&G law and there have been so much delays. It would be great if it becomes reality this time. But there can happen so much between now and end of the year...Any thoughts of the chance that we're now off to the last miles of the race?
