Says they can refine product instead of producing electricity. Anyone using oil for production of electricity when there is so much gas would need their head examined. Gas turbines are an efficient way to produce electricity. Natural gas is never refined but rather it is processed to remove sulfur, water and other impurities. They can use natural gas to produce heat in the refinery but often that can be provided by the gas trapped in the oil when it is refined into lighter components such as gasoline.
