No Vestor. You are not misreading this. This is an especially good deal for me because I own all three companies. CSI does not have to do a dilutive private placement which would include the banks getting their pound of flesh. that would be close to 20 million new shares plus options. With a little luck and good management they can pay back half the loan and that will only cost them about $15 million over 3 years. I like this deal best as a Sandstorm shareholder. As a CSI shareholder raising the money in the capital markets would be 20% dilution with no payback possibility.
