I think Rathdowney had a promotional event recently in Europe. Buyers are all over the place but the seller is mostly Anonymous, which is UBS Securities. They have the floor in at 45 pennies and are doing pretty well selling millions of shares at or above 50 pennies.

All the day traders and HFTs who jumped on this one on high volume are presently vacating :).
